Your mission

Participate in the month-end closing activities for the entities and processes of responsibility
Maintain the financial records of the relevant areas of responsibility in a timely and accurate manner ensuring integrity and compliance with accounting policies.
Prepare general ledger journal entries for revenues, accounts receivable, bank movements, refunds, prepayments, etc.
Reconcile all accounts under his/her responsibility to ensure financial data accurately reflects the financial position of the company.
Perform bank reconciliations and other sorts of banking and cash management tasks.
Compile accurate reports for management and for third parties, such as banks, auditors, etc.
Assist in developing control procedures and organizational workflow to increase the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Your profile

Fluent in English & Spanish
University degree in Accounting/Finance
Good Microsoft Office skills required
Self-organized and responsible.
Attention to detail
Team worker
Fast learner
Initiative
Can-do attitude
Being able to sign University agreement
Based in Madrid
