Your mission

Within our Trust & Safety team, you will participate in payment and verification processes. Some of the tasks will include:

Payment Disputes, you will learn about our operations and how to manage specific situations.
Learn about the daily operations in the team, our business, and how we keep it all safe.
Handle Trust and Safety cases related to Spotahome Guarantee - claims handling.
Support Landlords & Tenants on payment processes including collection activities.

Your profile

Fluency in English and native Spanish language
Based in Madrid
Interest in technology, property and travel industry
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Agility and the desire to learn
Studies related to fraud, criminology or similar
Being able to sign University agreement
