Your mission

You will be in charge of managing the operations of the properties of our main key accounts.
You will control the status of each one of the properties with our local partners operations, including type of bookings assigned, times of check-in and check-outs.
Track, analyse and report the payment management and invoices
Keep track and organise all activities related to maintaining the properties to the highest standards and ensure all incidents related to the property are managed by our local partners
Coordinate relations with other areas within the company to offer the best solution in a timely manner.
Coordinate relations with the local partners performing the actual check in, check out, incidents management, etc.
You will be in charge of making sure all documentation is up to date.
You will have direct contact with clients and assist with the onboarding process of new accounts

Assist with the monthly occupancy management.

Your profile

2+years experience in project management, managing projects in complex environments, industries with multiple stakeholders, with strong control and reliability.
Experience in Real Estate and property management is a big plus.
Advanced knowledge in Excel
Native/bilingual Spanish, C1 English.
Highly organised and a focus mind
Problem solving is in your blood, nothing goes without a solution.
An entrepreneurial mindset, superior verbal and communication skills, and the ability to articulate value propositions to key stakeholders
An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win, hustle and determination
Determined to grow and not afraid to tackle new challenges
